Ok, sure, that would be great. This will be at the 'Demo Kitchen' @ the Dadar Catering College, whose official name is;
Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology. & Applied Nutrition, Mumbai, in the last week on November. Location map here; http://www.ihmctan.edu/contact_us.htm

One veg & one chicken dish preparation will be for tasting. I will keep you posted on the exact date & timings here.
