Hiya All,
ok, the program details have been finalised which are as follows;
New York based celebrity chef Mr. Hari Nayak will be in Mumbai during the last week of November. A brief intro his website: 'Hari Nayak is an internationally renowned chef & food writer with several successful ventures as a restaurateur, author, food service consultant. Hari's signature style of cooking is distinctly featured in his latest cookbook "Modern Indian Cooking".' More info here; http://www.harinayak.com/ & about his book here; http://www.modernindiancooking.com/ Hari's forthcoming book will be published in Singapore & caters to the Asian market & in that regards, he would be touring Asia often, for example, in December he is shooting for a Discovery channel documentary called 'Culinary Asia'.

What to expect: Chef Hari will be cooking & demonstrating a couple of recipes from his book "Modern Indian Cooking", http://www.modernindiancooking.com/ Plus there would be 2 more dishes; veg & non-veg each for tasting.
